Cook gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or throw a steak on the outdoor barbeque, all while never leaving sight of the spectacular scenery. Relax in the large outdoor spa or the master bath's indoor jacuzzi tub. Read, play games with the family, or just snuggle near one of the two fireplaces. Stroll out the back door and along the ocean waves, collecting shells and memories with loved ones.

Four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a huge dining room table, game room, and even two hot outdoor showers make this custom-built house the perfect place for family reunions and large get-togethers. Past guests have celebrated family reunions, special anniversaries and birthday celebrations, intimate weddings, church retreats, family holidays, work retreats, and shared family vacations. With one king, four queen, one double, and two single beds, there's room enough for up to 14 people to sleep comfortably. Cable/ VCR/DVD for the wide screen LCD HD TV and wireless internet make this high tech house a plush vacation spot.

$295/night + tax (Off Peak: September 15 - June 15, holidays excluded) midweek with a two night minimum.
$495/night + tax (Off Peak: September 15 - June 15, holidays excluded) weekends with a two night minimum.
$595/night + tax (Peak: June 16 - September 14 and all holidays) with a two night minimum.
$95 cleaning fee, no matter how long the stay.
$250 refundable damage deposit to be returned after your stay. Special restrictions may apply.

The Sunset Beach Cottage is a newly remodeled, pet-friendly 2 bedroom cottage located just behind the Sunset Beach House available separately or along with the Sunset Beach House starting at $79/night plus cleaning and tax.
